Deep Parikh
Deep Parikh, Founder of Westoak Homes, started his real estate career right out of high school — earning his real estate license at 19 and working strictly with investors, helping them find profitable deals. He bought his first home to flip at 20, and over the next decade bought and sold more than 500 homes in the Austin area.
Along the way, Deep opened a brokerage for like-minded investor agents and helped open the Austin and San Antonio markets for a national private equity fund buying and selling houses at scale.
Deep founded Westoak Homes with a simple yet ambitious vision: to bring together a collaborative team of experts who create extraordinary, functional, modern homes of incomparable quality.
